  1. Wash and cut the head of broccoli into bite-sized florets (or use a 12oz bag of precut broccoli florets)

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the surface of the pan is hot and the oil is shimmering, add broccoli florets. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder while stirring occassionally for about 15 minutes

  3. Once the broccoli begins to brown, turn heat down to medium and cook for 1-2 minutes. After 2 minutes, the broccoli should be lightly charred and crispy. Remove from heat and serve with an additional sprinkle of salt and pepper
